Francisco J. Presuel-Moreno is a research scientist at the Center for Electrochemical Science and Engineering (CESE) research center at the University of Virginia. Francisco has a Ph.D. in Engineering Science awarded by the department of Civil Engineering at the University of South Florida in 2002. He has co-authored several articles in the area of corrosion of reinforcing steel in concrete and concrete durability.
